I’m trying to finish up a few things around here today, so much knitting and not much talking. We did manage to catch the sun going down and bouncing off the watertower. Against the background of dark, dark clouds, it was a gorgeous site. Other then that we got our baked apples and [...] I was having a something fierce craving for chicken piccata today. I decided to give it a whirl on my own. Once a again a recipe I found on allrecipes.com. Pretty simple. I added the capers and used the suggestions from the first reviewer. This is definitley a keeper. Very yummy.
