I’m making progress with Max’s Yoda Sweater… he’s going to look so cute in this one. The bottom - So far I’ve knit 27 out of 57 diamonds and half-diamonds. Coco in her pretty new pink sweater. Coco has a sweater. This pattern is from Doggie Knits and is the Piccolo Sweater. I figured out that she has quite the little barrel chest. I realized I may not have made this large enough, but instead of ripping I decided the smart thing to do was to put in a gusset. This seemed to work out [...] So it seems that I’m doing everything but blogging around here. I’ve been writing, working on my class, crewel embroidery, and knitting up a storm. I have a little coat nearly done for Coco, but I’m not 100% happy with it. I’m going to keep going and hope it looks cute once I’m done. I’m [...] So I have two more finishes… a long and painful one and a quick knit one. First the this is the Cocoon scarf, knit with Kidsilk Haze which is not one of my favorite yarns. However, the finished project is very lovely as Madison agrees. This is going to Mom. She’s also getting this extra-warm EZ hat. I [...] So here we go… I finished up a pair of basic socks with some yarn I dyed a while ago. These have been hanging on for ages and ages, since I just worked on them a minute here and there. The eternal car sock project. Well… that feels good. So winter has for sure come upon us — it’s very clear and cold today. At least we are getting some sun today. I started a Coco sweater – the cold weather has urged me on since squeezing her into her old coats don’t seem to be an option this year. Unfortunately last night’s work is about [...] Not together of course… These are coming along, but a little neglected at this point. Another neglected project are my slugs. I want to do two more and his one still needs lips and eyes… whoops. Finally I finished up Multnomah and even got the two ends woven end and blocked it. Love it… if I was to do it over again, I would put markers in between each repeat. I kept missing a YO here and there…fixable, but a complete PITA. I also got the turkey potpie fillings done.
