Our Saturday Sky is complete with a rainbow today.
Sorry for being MIA this week. I’ve been busying as a bee weaving three days this week and trying to keep up with my regular hectic schedule.
This gorgeous thing came off the loom today.
I have a warp ready to go that I wound last night and will go right on Tuesday for a second scarf.
Believe it or not this is a blank Kramer Sock Yarn – Jennie – 80% superwash merino and 20% nylon for the warp.
The weft is 55% silk and 45% Chinese cashmere. I’m thinking the two yarns may take dye differently… so it’s scheduled for a dye pot tomorrow. Gotta run have ends that need to be fringed.

The scarf is just gorgeous! (and the rainbow too, can never have enough of those)
That is a very beautiful work of art. Can’t wait to see it dyed. Hope you find the pot of gold at the end of that rainbow.
