A few years back we did the whole summer and found ourselves awash in lettuce. This year we're splitting, so it's not quite so brutal (altho I'm still using up a head and a half from last week). Thanks for the recipe. Tatsoi is one of the greens that mystifies me. Love arugula, tho, and had no problem with eating last weeks bag. That sounds like an Angelic Organics box to me.
