		<description>That sounds like an Angelic Organics box to me.  A few years back we did the whole summer and found ourselves awash in lettuce.  This year we&#039;re splitting, so it&#039;s not quite so brutal (altho I&#039;m still using up a head and a half from last week).

Thanks for the recipe.  Tatsoi is one of the greens that mystifies me.  Love arugula, tho, and had no problem with eating last weeks bag.</description>
