I found the NaSpiMoMo on Ravelry. The object is to pick a project and spin and knit it in the month of January - or you pick whatever is a challenge for you. I know, I know — while I should be finishing up Monsieur Purl’s sweater, I still want a handspun rib warmer for myself. I found this lovely Merino and Baby Alpaca in my perfect red color and think it would be awesome. I think for the month it will be totally do-able. It’s 1 pound 3 ounces and I think I can get the 600 or so worsted weight yards out of it to get my sweater. I hope so, because it would be perfect.

oooohhhh… this sounds very interesting, but I’ll watch you from the side lines. Or maybe I’ll try to spin some yarn and make some mittens or so… that should be doable for me shouldn’t it???
I just love the red color of your fiber, it is gorgeous!!!
